Compensation & Contract Terms:

• Contract Type:
  • Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
  • Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience in a trauma-level facility
• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (must be valid; profiles will not be considered if any certification expires within 30 days of start date)
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Additional Notes:

• Call-Out Policy:
  If a traveler calls out of a shift for non-emergency reasons, they are expected to make up the missed shift to meet weekly guaranteed hours. Repeated call-outs or violation of South Shore Hospital’s attendance policy may result in immediate contract termination.
