ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 – Prime location for New York nursing jobs in a lively college town with natural beauty
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,620 - $2,810 per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient information using EPIC EMR
• Respond promptly to emergencies and deliver critical nursing interventions
• Support the Emergency Department during the EPIC Go Live transition
