Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in a community hospital, requiring a current MA RN license and advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a community hospital Emergency Department with 23 beds, including a 3-bed psychiatric pod
• Patient population includes both general emergency and psychiatric cases
• Typical patient ratios are 4:1
• Average daily case volume is 60-80 patients
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• 13-week contract assignment
• Work as part of an excellent, supportive team in a friendly community setting
• Must provide copies of all active certifications, license verification, and two references for consideration
• Located in Greenfield, MA

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current certifications in PALS, ACLS, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) required
• Four years of prior emergency department RN experience preferred
