Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with prior travel experience and a NH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 7-bed Emergency Department in a hospital setting
• Average ED volume of 4,500 patients
• Uses Meditech Expanse 2.2 EMR and prior experience is strongly required
• No local candidates; must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• No holiday time off will be approved
• National criminal and SSN background checks are required
• OIG/SAM/Sex Offender search will be conducted
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be approved
• Reduced compliance documentation required for onboarding

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC
• Copies of all certifications and licensure required for consideration
• Completed Hepatitis B documentation or declination form
• TB testing within one year required
• Must provide valid Driver's License
• Flu vaccine or declination required
