The Staff Nurse, RN provides comprehensive nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. The ideal candidate will foster an environment that aligns with our mission to care, heal, and educate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care as the primary caregiver.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including physicians, patients, and their families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Access and manage confidential patient information responsibly.
• Make clinical decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
• Float to various units as needed, based on patient acuity and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications.
• Emergency Room (ER) experience is required.
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility.

Supervision:

The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Additional Information:

This position may require floating to any/all medical center locations based on operational needs.
