Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring a MA RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Care for patients presenting with a wide range of emergency medical conditions
• Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required
• Must pass required testing including Tele/ECG and Medication Test
• Holiday coverage may be required as part of the rotating schedule
• Parking on site may cost up to $43 per day

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of 2 years tele experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• All former employees must have a 6-month break before returning
• COVID vaccine plus booster and seasonal flu vaccine required; medical exemptions permitted
