Overview: A leading dialysis provider in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to serve in a charge role for a 13-week contract. This position requires managing a 4-patient pod and providing direct 1:1 patient care. Candidates must have strong outpatient and chronic dialysis experience and be comfortable floating across multiple dialysis locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as charge nurse every shift with pay bump
• Manage a 4-patient pod including setup and stringing of Fresenius dialysis machines
• Deliver 1:1 patient care in outpatient dialysis settings
• Float to all affiliated dialysis locations as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient and chronic dialysis experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience with Fresenius equipment strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling based on staffing needs

Scheduling Details:

• Monday through Friday, 12-hour shifts (05:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Rotating Saturdays required
• Occasional Sundays based on holiday coverage
• All requested time off must be submitted with initial application
