Job Description
Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient-centered care is the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates service excellence at all times.

Typical surgeries include cardiac, thoracic, or vascular procedures such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts, Valve replacement, Carotid Endarterectomy, Aortic Abdominal Aneurysm repair, etc., performed in the CVOR. Candidates with 1 year of OR experience both scrubbing and circulating may also be considered.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
BSN – Highly desired
PALS, BLS & ACLS – Required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district – Required
CVOR Experience – Required: 2 Years
