The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Candidates must be certified care managers and hold a BSN, with a minimum of 3 years of inpatient clinical experience and at least 1 year of care management experience. EPIC EMR experience is also required.
