Key Duties

Operations

Serve as charge nurse when assigned
Ensure supply/inventory levels are adequate and cost‐effective
Report staffing/material shortages up appropriate leadership
Promote efficient patient flow during shifts
Maintain accurate documentation meeting hospital and legal standards

Continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

NYS RN/LPN license
BLS certification
At least 2 years ambulatory experience
EPIC experience highly preferred
Education: BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with relevant experience or enrolled in BSN program
