Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care needs under the supervision of a licensed physician.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN collaborates with patients, families, peers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

This position involves directing and mentoring nursing support staff to ensure consistent adherence to nursing standards, hospital policies, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Valid Pennsylvania RN License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• 1 Year of Experience in Emergency or Acute Care (Preferred)

Contract Information

• Weekly Hours: 36
• Overtime After: 40 Hours

Pay Details

Traveler (W2):

• Hourly Pay Rate: $62.00/hr
• Weekly Gross: $2,232.00
• Minimum Taxable: $27.50/hr ($990.00/week)
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $34.50/hr ($1,242.00/week)

Traveler (1099):

• Hourly Pay Rate: $65.00/hr
• Weekly Gross: $2,340.00
