Travel Nuclear Med Tech Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13wks Shift: Days: M-F 7:30a-4p, every other weekend call 7a-12p Rate: $85 Required: CNMT certification, BLS, 1+yrs recent Nuclear Med Tech exp The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is a graduate of an accredited program AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer or NMT or has Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) registry. The NMT is responsible for providing timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology, regulating equipment used to scan, and prints, develops and organizes films.
