Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience and CNMT certification for nuclear stress testing in an adult cardiology setting.

Responsibilities

• Work in a nuclear medicine department within an imaging suite
• Adult cardiology patient population
• Average of 2-5 patients per day in collaboration with stress RN and EKG/CPL Tech
• Procedures primarily involve nuclear stress testing
• Utilizes DigiRad Imaging Systems with Prominance Processing
• EPIC is used for patient charting
• Day shift schedule
• Travelers may be required to float to other facilities within the home region
• Corporate orientation and department-specific training on procedures, processes, and billing are provided
• Business casual attire with lab coat or scrubs with lab coat is required
• Team includes stress RN and EKG/CPL Tech
• Holiday coverage may be required as per department staffing needs

Requirements

• B.S. degree and CNMT certification required
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in nuclear medicine preferred
• Experience using DigiRad Imaging Systems and EPIC charting
• License required if applicable
