Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT registration and experience in a trauma and stroke center for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Magnetic Resonance Imaging unit
• Handles 5-8 MRI scans per night
• Patient population includes trauma and stroke cases
• Uses Siemens and GE MRI equipment
• Evening shift from 14:30 to 23:00
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address
• Subject to a radius rule for local candidates which may affect pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Two professional references, skills checklist, copies of certifications, and license verification required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required
• Only one application allowed per health system at a time
• Travelers are encouraged to discuss contract extensions with managers 45 days prior to end date

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• Current ARRT MRI registration required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• License required if applicable
