Requirements / Qualifications

Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
Certifications: MLT/MLS Generalist or Specialty Certification (BB, C, H, or M) required
Skills:
- Hematology & Blood Bank experience required
- Qualified for high complexity testing per CLIA 493.1489
- Specimen collection, processing, analysis in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, or microbiology
- Quality control, troubleshooting, and instrumentation maintenance
Licensure: State license not required
