HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

1. Nursing Float Pool
2. Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
3. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
5. Maintain patient safety, provide patient education, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
6. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of those solutions.
7. Note: ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with a required passing score of 80%, and a second attempt will be provided if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Failing in both attempts will lead to contract termination immidiately.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio or Compact/Multistate License.
• Must have a minimum of 18 months of recent Medsurg or higher experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for before taking travel assignments.
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Patient Ratios: 1 : 6
