Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both pediatric and adult medical-surgical nursing, capable of managing a mixed patient population with various medical needs. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to pediatric and adult patients on a medical-surgical floor.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes as needed.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical unit.
Pediatric nursing experience is required.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
