Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our dynamic team. The RN will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while monitoring telemetry patients and responding to any changes in their condition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms for telemetry patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in assessments and documentation related to patient care.
• Support and mentor less experienced staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE PERM Ohio License or Compact State License in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH certification must be obtained prior to start.
• Epic experience is mandatory.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for qualification.
