Requirements:

Weekend Hours: As required by facility
Call Requirements: None
Required Licensure: Current LPN/LVN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
Required Certifications: BLS or CPR from AHA only, IV Certification
Years of Experience: 1 year LPN in an acute care hospital
Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis

Details:

Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours
Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements
