6a-6p Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active OK LPN/RN license.

•    Active OK LPN/RN License
•    2+ Years’ Experience
•    OK DHHS Background
•    BCLS
