Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Schedule: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hours per Week: 36

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and facility protocols.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician.
Support patients in maintaining emotional stability and safety in a psychiatric environment.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and health regulations.

Requirements:

Active Oklahoma LPN or RN License
Minimum 2 years of recent LTC (Long-Term Care) experience
BCLS certification/BLS (current)
