Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with previous Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience for home health contracts in Wausau, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

$1,400 – $1,533 per week*
13-week contract
SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

Medicare Certified Agency Experience
Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Wisconsin Nursing License
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
