IDR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Role Overview

Provide care per client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, oxygen, feedings, and ostomy care as needed
Coordinate with PT, OT, and Speech Therapists for continuity of care
Ensure infection control policies are followed and report potential communicable diseases
Complete timely documentation of all nursing actions, patient progress, and outcomes
Order supplies/medications as needed and ensure medical equipment is functional

Schedule & Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM40 hours per week (8 hours/day)On-call and OT may be required, but not typicalRequirements / Skills:HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) experienceWound Care & IV experienceStrong bedside manner
