Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with one year of recent Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience for home health contracts in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the surrounding areas. Whether it’s here at home or traveling across the country, we want to connect with you to help you fuel miracles.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

• $1,320 - $1,442 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current North Carolina Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
