Required Skills:

• Valid Kentucky LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a correctional environment professionally
• Flexibility to work 3x12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) on a rotating basis, including EOW and holidays if needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Experience in psych or acute hospital settings is considered a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse with relevant clinical experience
• Correctional or hospital background is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain necessary clearances and certifications for correctional facility work
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including major holidays
