Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring skilled post-acute or long-term recovery support.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans addressing physical and emotional needs.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage IV therapies and feeding tubes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and physicians to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Ensure proper documentation in PointClickCare EMR and compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, rehabilitation goals, and discharge readiness.
• Maintain infection control protocols and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff.
