Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Oregon requiring an active OR RN license and at least two years of L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit with 2 beds, may also float to OB and Med Surg units after demonstrating competency
• Patient assignments determined by an Acuity Measurement Tool
• Utilizes HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication delivery systems
• 12-hour shifts with various day, night, and weekend scheduling
• Night shift position available
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg and OB units as needed
• General and department-specific orientation provided, including safety and technology training
• Dress code requires tasteful, good condition scrubs
• Unit size is 25 beds for hospital, with 2 L&D and 2 OB beds
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license required
• Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), BSN preferred
• At least 2 years recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP
