**Job Description: Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN)**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on an 8-week assignment with guaranteed hours. This position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, with preference given to those with Epic experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans based on needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required by unit needs, including weekend and holiday shifts.

**Qualifications:**

- Current RN license and BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Epic electronic health record experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying workload demands.

**Assignment Details:**

- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks (with potential for extension)
- Every other weekend and holiday work is required.
