Job Opening: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse with high-risk experience to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional care to antepartum patients and circulating in C-section procedures. Our facility offers a dynamic working environment with rotating shifts to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for labor and delivery patients.
• Assist in antepartum care and circulation during C-section procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes.
• Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Position Details

• Shift: 12-hour night or day rotating shifts (may be within the same week)
• Hours/Week: 36 (except for orientation week)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Scrubs: Navy Blue (hospital provides scrubs)
• Flu/COVID Vaccination Requirement: Required; medical/religious declinations accepted

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• High-risk Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
