Position Template Facility Name: Franciscan H ealth Lafayette Floor: G round Location Address: 1701 S Creasy Lane , Lafayette IN 47905 Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: Radiology CC72000 • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): I nterventional Radiology Technologist • Specialty: Interventional Radiology • Number of Openings: 1 • Shift: Mon--Fri, 8a—430p . • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: on call rotation. • Call Requirements: Yes, call rotation with 5 co-workers. • Required Certifications: ARRT, ISDH Tech License, BLS • Years of Experience: 2yr • Float Requirements: Float to Hybrid IR suite located in Surgery when needed. Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 225 • Patient Ratios: Dayshift with 5 Technologist covering 2 IR suites, & Surgery-based Hybrid suite as needed. • Equipment: Siemens Artis Zee, Philips FD20. Philips epiq 5 US, Sonosite US, Philips RN-Patient monitors. • EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: 2yr IR Technologist experience, ARRT License, ISDH Tech License . Ability to perform All routine IR-Rad Procedures. • Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 yrs experience in IR-Rad setting. • Type of Patients on Unit: INPT, OP, ED. • Personality Fit: Proficient Technologist, motivated to work in team atmosphere to completed requested imaging exams in timely fashion. Willing to fill in various shifts if staffing issue arise in the dept.
