Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with BLS, ARRT, and WI Radiographer License for a day shift contract requiring neuro IR experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an interventional radiology unit
• Shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Call is required 7 days on and 7 days off, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed
• May need to float within skill set onsite or to sites within 40 miles if required
• EPIC EMR is used in the department
• Responsibilities include performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures, including neuro IR cases
• Weekend and holiday call coverage is required if it falls within the contract
• Must be willing to float to nearby sites as needed, up to 40 miles
• Scrub color or uniform is not specified
• Local candidates are accepted but will receive a reduced rate according to the facility's radius rule

Requirements

• Current BLS certification from AHA
• ARRT RT and ARRT VI certifications required
• Active WI Radiographer License required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year prior interventional radiology experience required
• Neuro IR experience is highly preferred
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address
