Interventional Radiology Technician

Shift Schedule

Day 5x8-Hour shifts from 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM

On-call from 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM on weekdays and 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and certified Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician with a minimum of two years of strong and current experience. The candidate must hold an ARRT certification and possess a Maryland state licensure as required by the Maryland Board of Physicians.

Qualifications

• 2 years of strong and current experience as an IR Technician
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Maryland state licensed radiographer
• 2 references from supervisors or above required to start

Skills and Experience

• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Experience in Community Hospital settings: Preferred
• Familiarity with LTAC and Trauma Level I & II is a plus
• Travel experience: Not required but appreciated

Facility and Patient Care

• Patient Age Groups: Varies
• Daily Census: Varies
• Additional Unit Information and Patient Diagnoses: Will be discussed during the interview

Compliance Requirements

Modules are non-billable, averaging 4.5-5 hours, and will be completed during orientation and annually via the HealthStream portal.

Contract Details

Guaranteed hours available. Contract length: 91 weeks.
