Schedule

Dayshift from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM with on-call requirements: 10-12 shifts over 6 weeks including 2 weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team. This role includes critical health assessments and maintaining compliance with various health history protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient care and adhere to strict guidelines for onboarding and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and ensure compliance with health history documentation.
• Participate in on-call shifts as needed.
• Complete necessary competency testing and skill checklists.
• Adhere to all professional standards and organizational policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Hold a valid license and provide verification.
• Complete required health screenings and vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Pass Trinity's 10 panel drug screen.
• Complete Trinity's Skills Checklist and other required training.
