Schedule

Day shift, 5 days a week from 07:30 to 16:00 with weekend coverage required every third weekend. On-call coverage is necessary on a weekly basis and includes weekends.

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech with significant interventional radiology (IR) experience to assist providers in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. The role involves scrubbing and circulating procedures in a combination laboratory focused heavily on IR.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Scrub and circulate in IR/Cath Lab and cardiology procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow protocols related to procedural responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively within a team that includes a minimum of one RN during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab, with a strong emphasis on interventional radiology (90% of cases).
• Certifications: AART or RCIS, ACLS, BLS.
• Experience with procedural responsibilities including EKG lead placements is preferred.
