Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a day shift home health position, with the ability to float between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting serving patients in the Cumberland area
• Typical work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius between assigned facilities
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric home health clients
• Role involves providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patient homes and community settings
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local and have different compensation terms
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• No travel pairs or travel groups allowed
• Returning candidates must not have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months
• No specific mention of dress code or scrubs requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health or related setting
• Valid Driver’s License required
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to travel between patient locations as part of the home health role
