Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health contract, requiring at least one year of experience and AHA or ARC certification.

Responsibilities

• Home health position covering York County with possible travel to Lancaster and Adams counties
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Weekend coverage varies according to the unit
• Care for home health patients, including potential COVID-positive individuals
• Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience is strongly preferred
• Candidate will be clinically screened for fit prior to interview and final selection
• Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
• Travelers will have mileage reimbursed at federal rates
• Applicants must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off permitted per contract
• Pairs accepted, but matching schedules are not guaranteed

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
• AHA or ARC certification required
• Ability to complete OASIS documentation is preferred but not required
• No license violations or disciplinary actions accepted
• Must be able to complete required onboarding modules before start
