StartDate: 10/19/2025 Available Shifts: 9.5 D Pay Rate: $2013.18 - $2205.93

2+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Current ME Licensure as a PT, BLS and valid Driver’s license (with vehicle available to work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy) required. Must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to build and maintain positive and genuine client rapport.
