LeaderStat is currently seeking a PT Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation for a(n) 13 week contract in MI.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
Clinical experience within the last 2 years
Current State Licensure
Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
