Must have active Maine license. Must have Home Health experience! Must have 2+ references in profile to be submitted. 90-mile radius rule. Required attire: business casual or scrubs Any unacceptable attire: not business casual or scrubs Must Have Skills/Experience: home care experience EMR: Epic Equipment: Needs to own their own vehicle Patient Ratios: average 18-24 patients on case load BLS certified. Must have Maine OT license. Must be up to date with CEU requirements. No on-call
