Lung transplant specialty. Liver and Kidney Transplant as well. Associated with the Barrow Neuro Institute, world’s #1 institute. **All profiles must include: Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR(cerner experience) ***2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required**** ***Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks*** ***Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.***IF FAILED, will be DNU for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region ***Day 1 Pass/Fail Exam: see unique notes for details
