Bill Rate REQUIREMENTS: **CST cert NBSTSA required **BLS required **Required Skills: Open Heart Experience ** Other Experience includes: Ortho, Neuro, Davinci Robot, General, Gyn, Podiatry **2 years’ experience EMR: Cerner   SCOPE OF ROLE: Surgical Assist in Surgical Cases, turnover rooms, stock, take call Cover other cases if no Open hearts are scheduled   NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT:   12 PATIENT RATIO: Varies APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES: 5 days SCRUB COLOR: blue provided, we have Scrubex on site   TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED MUST  INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID TRAVELERS MUST  BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
