American Traveler is seeking a CT/X-ray Technologist with ARRT certification and at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week assignment covering diagnostic imaging modalities.

• Work in a diagnostic imaging setting with both fixed and portable X-ray and CT modalities
• 4x10 hour day shifts Monday through Friday with rotation of weekends and call
• Routine and emergent diagnostic imaging performed in both CT room and X-ray settings
• Responsibilities include patient scheduling for X-ray, CT, MRI, US, DXA, and Holter monitor appointments
• Perform diagnostic imaging and process images in PACS for radiologist review
• Follow Radiologist protocols for exams and documentation
• Assist and inform patients with contrast media for CT exams
• Maintain quality control for equipment, radiation safety, and patient safety
• Provide customer service to patients and staff
• Rotation of call duties is required

• R.T.(R)(ARRT) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT or X-ray technologist is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in radiographic procedures, radiation physics, anatomy, and physiology
• Active state license required if applicable
