Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Dual-Modality Radiology Technologist (XR/CT) with ARRT(CT) certification, Montana state license, and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dual-modality role performing both CT and X-ray exams in inpatient and outpatient settings
• 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, following an 8 days on, 6 days off schedule
• Rotation to Urgent Care included as part of the work schedule
• On-call work may be required to respond to organizational needs
• Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered
• Independently perform high-quality CT and X-ray exams for both diagnosis and treatment
• Operate with limited supervision, assisting medical staff during exams and procedures as necessary
• Perform necessary documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and infectious diseases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively interact with staff and patients
• Scrubs or professional attire required per facility policy

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent with documented competencies in Radiology and CT
• Active Montana Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (RT) and advanced certification in CT
• American Heart Association BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience
• Ability to perform lifting, push/pull, and repetitive motions as part of daily duties
