Location: Baltimore, MD 21215

Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: Day, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans using prescribed techniques
Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy
Adjust equipment and technical factors for optimal imaging
Select protocols for each CT scan
Administer IV/oral contrast and document in Cerner
Complete screenings, consents, and scan paperwork in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of CT experience
Required experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, PET/CT

Charting system experience:

Cerner required

Teaching hospital experience:

Teaching hospital experience Required

Community hospital experience:

Community hospital experience Required

Certifications:

ARRT R,
ARRT advanced cert (preferred),
BLS,
MD license

Scanner equipment: GE, Siemens

Travel experience: Not required
