  **Week 1: 0700-1630
  ** Week 2: 0900-1830
• Location: Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital
• Float Requirements: None
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Weekends as needed ( may pick up an open shift, if able) & Holiday rotation
• Required Certifications: ARRT (CT), WI Licrad & AHA BLS
• Education: Associates Degree
• Minimum Experience: 1yr of CT and 1yr of Rad Tech experience MUST DO BOTH CT & XRAY
  2+ year of Radiology/CT experience required
• Charting Experience: Epic preferred
• COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)
• Desired Specific Skillset: Good customer service, knowledgeable in techniques. Capable of working independently for a few hours/day.
• Unit Overview: Critical Access Hospital - 25 beds, Level IV Trauma for ER / General Radiology and CT exams. ER, Walk in Care, Outpatients
• Scrub Color: Any color acceptable
