Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for night shifts, requiring at least 2 years of recent CT experience and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Position based in a hospital radiology department
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Patient care in the CT scan unit within a hospital setting
• Epic EMR experience is required
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with the application
• No blocked scheduling is allowed
• More than three call outs in a 13-week period may result in contract termination, and makeup shifts must be completed within six weeks of the last call out
• Local candidates are not accepted if residing in any of the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington (50-mile radius rule applies)
• Travel pairs are not allowed
• Competency testing may be required upon assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT technologist experience
• Active NYS license is required at the time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• Certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) are required
• Prior Epic EMR experience is required for all candidates
• No gaps in employment of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• US Social Security Number is required; Canadian SIN is not accepted
• Only medical exemptions to the flu vaccine signed by a licensed professional will be accepted
