Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts, requiring at least 1 year of CT Tech experience and ARRT R, BLS, and state license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital CT department specializing in radiology and cardiology
• Night shifts: Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Equipment used includes Philips Ingenuity and Siemens Go Top CT scanners
• Patient population is adult multi-specialty
• Use of Epic EMR system with a minimum of 1 year Epic experience required
• Floating to other qualified units or campuses may be required based on census
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
• Scrub color is hunter green
• Two professional references are required for consideration
• Orientation sessions are held every Monday
• Pre-assignment modules and testing must be completed before starting and are billable up to 16 hours
• Travelers must live at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible; under 50 miles is ineligible
• Travelers may be required to float within their competency to other units or campuses as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Current ARRT R certification, BLS, and state license; license required if applicable
• ARRT CT certification preferred
• Experience with Philips Ingenuity and Siemens Go Top scanners required
• Must have 1 year of Epic EMR experience
