Computed Tomography Technologist - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday to Sunday. Expected weekly hours are 36.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Trauma/Cardiac facility and be capable of performing CT scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations utilizing appropriate techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of contrast materials as needed.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other medical staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with CT certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Computed Tomography.
• Two years of experience as a registered radiology technologist.
• CT Registered (2nd Registry) within 12 months of CT hire date.
• Prior experience in a Trauma/Cardiac facility is preferred.
• Preferred skills in venipuncture and angiography, but not required.
• BLS certification is required.
