Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in CT and current ARRT certification for a full-time role with variable locations.

Responsibilities

• Position is based primarily in a hospital setting with coverage at multiple walk-in care facilities as needed
• Provides diagnostic imaging services, including CT, bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and portable radiography
• CT services are performed at the main hospital campus and at the Wells location
• Work schedule consists of three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, Wednesday through Friday
• Technologists may be required to shift locations during the same workday based on operational needs
• Weekly schedules are posted seven days in advance, but work locations may change with little notice
• Responsibilities may include patient registration and clerical support duties at off-site locations
• Technologists are expected to provide excellent patient care and high quality exams
• Ability to work as part of a team and promote a positive work environment is essential
• Facility may refuse any professional for any reason or terminate any assignment for cause

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent CT experience is required
• Current ARRT certification is required
• Current BLS certification is required
• Maine RT license is required; license required if applicable
• Proficiency with CT, bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and portable radiography is preferred
• Flexibility to work at various locations and adjust to changing schedules
