Travel Radiology Technician | Appleton, WI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,000/WK! (based on experience)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Job Description

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using radiologic equipment in accordance with physician orders
Provide accurate imaging results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
Ensure safety and comfort of patients, including pediatric patients, during imaging procedures
Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment, reporting any malfunctions
Follow all safety protocols, radiation safety measures, and infection control procedures
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Schedule and Requirements

Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Friday-Sunday
Orientation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Float Requirements: None
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
Holidays: May include 1-2 holidays if needed
Weekends: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Education and Certification Requirements

Completion of an approved curriculum in Radiologic Technology (required)
Active ARRT (R) certification (mandatory)
WI State Licensed Radiographer (required)
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiology (pediatric experience highly preferred)
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
